Trogir private tour - Sanja tour guide in Split

Special offer: Private walking tour in Trogir (90 min)

120 EUR (per private group, up to 15 persons)

Trogir is a 40-minute ride from Split, or a 10-minute ride from Split airport. The tiny island that hosts its historic core bears witness to its long history and beautiful monuments left behind. Not surprisingly, since 1997 the old town is a part of UNESCO's World Heritage Sites.

We are going to take a stroll in the narrow medieval streets in the old town for about 90 minutes. On our way we are going to come across an abundance of shops, cafes and restaurants that you will surely find amusing. The pride of Trogir is especially St. Lawrence's square and all of the buildings on it. We are going to visit St. Lawrence's cathedral and you may, if you like, climb its belltower for a breathtaking view of the entire old town. We might even get the chance to listen to musicians singing traditional Dalmatian songs because they usually give free performances on this square.

In continuation, we are going to explore the southern part of the tiny island with its waterfront promenade, town walls and a gate, Kamerlengo fortress...

Do you want to know what goats have to do with Trogir? What are the typical desserts in Trogir and where they are served? Or the story of the local star-crossed lovers similar to that of Romeo and Juliet? Join me for a private walking tour in Trogir and you will find out!
